What is ToddlerTips?
ToddlerTips is a paid daily text subscription for parents and caregivers of babies and toddlers ages 0-24 months. ToddlerTips is operated by QUIZ CORE. Each message gives you one practical idea to try today and explains the stage behind your child's behavior. The goal is simple: help everyday moments feel less random, without adding another app to your day.

When does my first tip arrive after checkout?
After checkout, your number is queued for activation. Once that finishes, your first daily tip arrives at our standard morning send time. If you haven't seen a message within 24 hours of checkout, email hello@jointoddlertips.com and we'll look into it.
Question 3
What does a daily tip look like?
Short. A few lines you can read with one hand. Each tip has two parts: a small thing to try today, and the why behind it. So instead of just "do this," it connects the idea to what your child is learning at this age. Over time you build understanding, not a longer to-do list.

What ages and topics does ToddlerTips cover?
ToddlerTips is built for ages 0 to 24 months, with content tailored to your child's specific age band. Topics include developmental milestones, feeding, sleep, routines, play, language, and gentle, age-appropriate approaches to early behavior. Content is shaped by established milestone standards and trusted early-childhood frameworks.

Do I need an app?
No. ToddlerTips comes through standard SMS. Nothing to install, log into, or update. If your phone gets text messages, you're set.
Question 6
How much does it cost?
$7.99 per month. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment partner. The price shown at checkout includes ongoing daily tips for as long as your subscription is active. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Question 7
How do I stop the daily texts?
Reply STOP to any ToddlerTips message. The daily texts will end and you'll receive a single confirmation from your carrier. You won't get any more messages unless you opt back in. Important: STOP ends the messages but does not cancel your monthly subscription. To cancel billing, see Q9.
Question 8
How do I start the texts again after stopping?
Reply START to the same number you were receiving tips from. That re-opens the line and your daily tips will resume. If you've changed phones or can't find the number, email hello@jointoddlertips.com and we'll help.
Question 9
How do I cancel my subscription and stop billing?
Email hello@jointoddlertips.com from the address you used at checkout, and we'll process the cancellation. You can cancel whether or not you've replied STOP. The two are separate. If you want to do both at once, just reply STOP and email us, and we'll close out billing as well.
Question 10
How do I change my phone number?
Email hello@jointoddlertips.com with your old number and the new one, and we'll move your subscription over. Or do it yourself: reply STOP from the old number, then sign up fresh with the new one.

What if I need help?
Two options: reply HELP to any ToddlerTips message for a quick automated response with support info, or email hello@jointoddlertips.com any time. A real person reads it and gets back to you.

Is my information safe?
We store only what's needed to deliver and support your daily tips: your phone number, your child's birthdate or age band, signup and consent records, and basic subscription information. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment partner. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Where do ToddlerTips tips come from?
ToddlerTips messages are built from age-band themes for babies and toddlers ages 0-24 months. The themes connect daily ideas to what children are practicing at each stage, using established developmental frameworks and early-childhood guidance.
